Einverständniserklärung zur Fotoaufnahme, Nutzung und Haftungsausschluss

Mit dem Start der Fotosession und der damit verbundenen Bezahlung erkläre ich mich ausdrücklich damit einverstanden, dass Fotos, auf denen ich abgebildet bin, im Rahmen der Nutzung der mobilen Fotokabine aufgenommen, gespeichert, verarbeitet, gedruckt und über einen QR-Code digital zum Download bereitgestellt werden.

Die Fotos werden nach spätestens 24 Stunden automatisch gelöscht. Die Speicherung erfolgt vorübergehend über einen Clouddienst („PhotoShare Cloud“). Ich nehme zur Kenntnis, dass die Speicherung außerhalb der EU stattfinden kann, sofern die Softwareanbieter dies technisch umsetzen.

Ich erkläre mich damit einverstanden, dass die Fotos ausschließlich für den privaten Gebrauch zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Eine weitergehende Nutzung durch den Betreiber (z. B. Veröffentlichung auf Website oder Social Media) erfolgt nur nach ausdrücklicher Freigabe durch mich oder berechtigte Dritte.

Ich erteile der Präfektur Kimberley Wolf & Simon Pfalzgraf GbR die Erlaubnis, mein Bild zu speichern und für den vorgesehenen Zweck zu verarbeiten. Die Rechte an den Bildern verbleiben bei der GbR. Ich verzichte auf das Recht, die finalen Produkte zu prüfen oder zu genehmigen.

Ich entbinde die Betreiber, gesetzliche Vertreter, Beauftragte und Nachfolger der GbR von jeglicher Haftung für Ansprüche, die sich aus der Aufnahme oder Nutzung ergeben, sofern kein vorsätzliches oder grob fahrlässiges Verhalten vorliegt.

Hinweis für Minderjährige:

Kinder und Jugendliche unter 16 Jahren dürfen die Fotokabine nur mit Einwilligung ihrer Erziehungsberechtigten benutzen. Die Betreiber übernehmen keine Verantwortung für eine Nutzung durch Minderjährige ohne Zustimmung.

Ich bestätige, diese Hinweise gelesen zu haben und erkenne sie mit Beginn der Fotosession durch Bezahlung an.

By starting the photo session and making the associated payment, I expressly agree that photos in which I appear may be captured, stored, processed, printed, and made available for digital download via a QR code as part of the use of the mobile photo booth.

The photos will be automatically deleted no later than 24 hours after the session. Temporary storage takes place via a cloud service (“PhotoShare Cloud”). I acknowledge that storage may occur outside the EU, depending on the technical implementation by the software providers.

I agree that the photos are provided exclusively for private use. Any further use by the operator (e.g., publication on websites or social media) will only occur with my explicit permission or that of authorized third parties.

I grant Präfektur Kimberley Wolf & Simon Pfalzgraf GbR permission to store and process my image for the intended purpose. The rights to the images remain with the GbR. I waive the right to review or approve the final products.

I release the operators, legal representatives, agents, and successors of the GbR from any liability for claims arising from the capture or use of the photos, provided there is no intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Note for minors:

Children and adolescents under the age of 16 may only use the photo booth with the consent of their legal guardians. The operators assume no responsibility for use by minors without such consent.

I confirm that I have read this information and accept it upon beginning the photo session by making payment.
